Regency’s mission centers on patients while supporting the efforts of their families and caregivers. Our skilled professionals work with physicians to provide care according to the patient’s treatment plan.
Care can include nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The needs and goals of the individual guide which services become part of the plan.

Our office is at 309 Kessler Avenue in Schulenburg, with services across seven surrounding counties.
Support beyond office hours.
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Regency provides a registered nurse on call for patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ask your care team how to reach the on-call nurse. This support is separate from scheduled visits and does not mean a caregiver remains in the home around the clock.
